China Hebei governor gave his “War(转载)

　　Yesterday, in the column “online governance 2014” of China microblog, Hebei province took a clear cut stand to steel capacity issue. Under the pressure of a large bench of people’s re-employment, the province made its decision to tight its belt for several years and swore to lighten air pollution within three years and improve air quality within five years.
　　Zhang Qingwei, the governor of Hebei province gave his “Warrior Oath” : He will remove himself from office if there is any one more ton capacity in sectors of steel, cement and glass.
